The interconnected theme of 'Doing + Being + Becoming + Belonging' originates from Ann Wilcock's (2006) Occupational Therapy perspective, which highlights the profound impact of our activities, self-experience, growth, and social connections on survival and health.

Tracey was inspired to centre the retreat around this theme due to its significant interplay with midlife women's experiences of profound change.
