Tracey, founder of MOTH TLC, is an award-winning Women’s Health Occupational Therapist, Therapeutic and Leadership Coach, and Complementary Therapist, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Menopause Medicine.

She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and serves as the Specialist Lead for Menopause within the Royal College of Occupational Therapists Healthy Ageing Forum.

With over 30 years of clinical experience and her signature blend of northern humour, compassion, and evidence-based expertise, Tracey helps women feel seen, understood, and empowered again.
