Tracey, founder of MOTH TLC, is an award-winning Women’s Health Occupational Therapist, Therapeutic and Leadership Coach, and Complementary Therapist, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Menopause Medicine.
She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and serves as the Specialist Lead for Menopause within the Royal College of Occupational Therapists Healthy Ageing Forum.
With over 30 years of clinical experience and her signature blend of northern humour, compassion, and evidence-based expertise, Tracey helps women feel seen, understood, and empowered again.

We start by getting to the root cause of your difficulties through a series of questionnaires, to uncover what’s affecting your quality of life. We’ll pinpoint exactly where your energy, focus, and wellbeing are being drained.
You’ll then have a 90-minute one-to-one therapeutic coaching session with Tracey, where Tracey will demystify what’s been happening, answer your questions and help you feel nurtured, safe and understood.
To take forward and continue the work you’ve started with Tracey, you’ll then receive your Therapeutic Roadmap Report - a written summary outlining tailored, evidence-based strategies and non-pharmaceutical options to help you move forward with confidence, calm and clarity.
